PC Hardware Manufacturer Akasa Opens Warehouse in Brabant
Akasa, a leading global manufacturer of computer hardware and electronics from Taiwan, has announced the establishment of a new branch office in Brabant. The new warehouse in the Netherlands will supplement their distribution operations in Europe. The move comes in efforts to support their European customers and maintain the growing demand for high-quality consumer and commercial electronics.
Founded in 1997, Akasa began as a major provider of thermal solutions such as CPU coolers and computer fans for niche technical markets. With over 20 years of experience, the company now offers passive and active case solutions, coolers, heatsinks, fans, PC RGB lighting and a vast array of card readers, cables, and adapters. Their products are employed in numerous industries and applications from PC workstations, gaming systems to sophisticated 5G, digital signage and IT to robust mechanical devices in the medical, surveillance and consumer electronics fields.
Bright future
With the new warehouse in the Netherlands, Akasa aims to optimise the process of shipping to European customers with faster and cost-efficient deliveries. According to Managing Director Yitsen Chen, one of the major advantages of the new hub in the Netherlands is its great location in the network of major European markets: “With the new warehouse in the Netherlands we hope to benefit from its very advantageous location as it is bordering major European electronics consumers such as France and Germany. Through its access to the North Sea and well-developed infrastructure we can also continue to serve our European customers efficiently and reliably.”
Expansion follows Akasa’s growth in European markets
The expansion was a natural progression for Akasa following their continual growth in sales of 15% year-on-year in the European markets, coupled with the establishment and growth of Amazon stores in pan-Europe. With further increase in sales in OEM and ODM technical markets, Akasa ensures they stay close to their customers and their needs.
